Andrea most recently led an Enterprise Transformation team responsible for modernizing the way they worked at RBC, Canada’s largest bank. She developed an enterprise approach to enabling Business Agility across the businesses and functions, starting with a number of focused pilot areas. The goal of her team was to bring broad awareness and specific enablement support to teams across RBC around principles and practices that drove better strategic alignment and prioritization, leading to greater value delivery for clients, and more joy and fun at work for employees. She focused on how to create the shift to a new way of working, which included the underpinnings of principles and practices that crossed Agile, Lean, Innovation and Change Management.
Prior to that role, she spent time as a strategy consultant and led a diverse array of projects, focusing on supporting business partners to think creatively and collaboratively to solve complex business problems, and align leadership around new strategic solutions for growth or business transformation. Her work focused on strategy and innovation and crossed industries including Financial Services, Insurance and Payments, Transportation, and Public Sector industries.
